  4. For tire inflation, uncoil the tire inflator hose. For inflatables, connect the raft pump hose to the designated port and select the appropriate adapter.

6.1. Inflating Vehicle Tires

  1. Remove the valve cap from the tire.
  2. Screw the inflator hose connector onto the tire valve stem until it is secure and no air is escaping.
  3. Check the current tire pressure reading on the built-in gauge.
  4. Flip the compressor ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position to begin inflation.
  5. Monitor the pressure gauge. When the desired pressure is reached, flip the compressor ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position. Inflation of a mid-sized car tire typically takes approximately 8 minutes.
  6. Unscrew the inflator hose connector from the tire valve stem and replace the valve cap.

6.2. Inflating Inflatables (Rafts, Balls, etc.)

  1. Select the appropriate adapter for your inflatable item.
  2. Attach the adapter to the raft pump hose.
  3. Insert the adapter into the inflatable item's valve.
  4. Flip the compressor ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position to begin inflation.
  5. Monitor the inflation process. Do not overinflate.
  6. Once inflated, turn the compressor 'OFF' and remove the adapter.

6.3. Using the Built-in Light and Emergency Light

  • To activate the built-in light, flip the Light ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
  • To activate the emergency (flashing red) light, flip the Light ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position and then to the 'OFF' position quickly, or as indicated by the specific model's switch mechanism. Refer to the unit's markings for exact operation.
  • Turn the switch to 'OFF' when the light is no longer needed.
