1. Mask Preparation and Fitting

1. Очистите сочиво: Before first use, gently clean the inside of the mask lens with a non-abrasive toothpaste or a commercial defogging solution to remove manufacturing residue. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Snorkel Attachment

2. Mouthpiece Placement: Insert the child-sized soft silicone mouthpiece into your mouth, resting your teeth gently on the bite tabs and sealing your lips around it.

3. Wearing the Fins

• Equalizing Pressure: As you descend, pressure builds on your ears. To equalize, pinch your nose through the soft nose pocket of the mask and gently blow through your nose. Do this frequently as you descend.

2. Using the Fins

• Kicking Technique: Use long, slow, and deliberate kicks from your hips, keeping your legs relatively straight. Avoid short, rapid kicks from the knees, which are less efficient.
• Surface Swimming: When swimming on the surface, keep your fins submerged to maximize propulsion and minimize splashing.
