Сетуп
- Уметните батерије: Open the battery compartments on both the receiver and transmitter units. Insert the included 4 AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).

Temperature Monitoring Mode:
- Select Meat Type: Притисните тастер МЕСО button to cycle through the 10 preset meat types (e.g., Beef, Poultry, Fish, Lamb, Pork, Veal, Ground Beef, Ground Poultry, Chicken, Program).
- Select Doneness Level: After selecting the meat type, press the ТАСТЕ button to choose your desired doneness level (e.g., Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well Done). The target temperature will adjust automatically based on USDA recommendations.
- Set Custom Temperature (Optional): If you wish to set a custom target temperature, select "PROGRAM" using the МЕСО button. Then, use the HR (стрелица нагоре) и МИН (down arrow) buttons to adjust the target temperature. Press СТАРТ/СТОП потврдити.
