This system includes a powerful 110V AC motor capable of handling gates up to 1350lb in weight and 40ft in length. 3.2. Mounting Base Assembly and Installation

Assemble the mounting base components as shown. The 4 foundation bolts need to be pre-buried in concrete for a secure installation. Ensure the base is level and stable before mounting the main unit.

Attach the chain to the gate and the opener's sprocket. Ensure the chain is taut but not overly tight, allowing for smooth movement. If the provided 20ft chain is not long enough, additional chain can be purchased.

• Choose the suitable chain connecting plate and screws (round/square) based on your gate's design.
• Connect the chain to the tie rod.
• Adjust the length and fix the tie rod securely.
• Unlock the gate opener using the manual release key to allow free movement of the gate during chain adjustment.
• Push the gate by hand to test if it moves smoothly along the track.
• Install the sprocket cover after chain installation.

3.4. Magnet Installation

The magnetic limit switches control the gate's open and close positions. Proper placement is crucial for correct operation.

• Choose the suitable magnetic limit switch block according to your gate structure.
• For the close limit magnet position, the height between the magnet and the chain should be approximately 42mm (1.65 inches).
• For the open limit magnet position, the height between the magnet and the chain should be approximately 104mm (4.09 inches).

3.5. Power Line Installation

Connect the power line to the control board. The power line needs to be prepared by the customer according to local electrical codes and safety standards.

3.6. Infrared Sensor Connection

The infrared sensor provides an essential safety feature, preventing the gate from closing if an obstruction is detected. The wires for the infrared sensor need to be prepared by the customer.

• Connect the infrared sensor wires to the designated terminals on the control board.
• Remove any short wire jumpers from the infrared sensor terminals on the control board if present.
• Ensure the sensors are aligned correctly across the gate's path.

The gate opener comes with pre-learned remote controls. Up to 25 remote controls can be learned by the system.

• Pressing a single button on the remote control will cyclically control the main engine: OPEN/STOP/CLOSE/STOP.
• To learn a new remote control:
  1. Press the learning button AN1 on the control board; the indicator light LED2 will turn on.
  2. Press the same button on the remote control twice. The LED2 light will flash repeatedly and then turn off, indicating successful learning.
• To delete all learned remote controls:
  1. Press the learning button AN1 (the LED light will be on).
  2. Hold the button until the light turns off. All remote controls are now deleted.

4.2. Automatic Close Function

The system allows for setting an automatic close time after the gate opens. Available settings are 12s, 24s, 36s, or no automatic close function.
