3.1 Монтажа
- Select a suitable location in the compressed air line, preferably downstream of any filters or regulators, and upstream of the equipment to be lubricated.
- Ensure there is sufficient space for maintenance, including refilling the oil bowl.
- Mount the lubricator vertically with the bowl facing downwards.
3.2 Connecting to Air Line
- Ensure the air supply is turned off and the system is depressurized.
- Identify the inlet and outlet ports on the lubricator. The direction of air flow is typically indicated by arrows on the unit.
- Connect the air line to the inlet and outlet ports using appropriate fittings. The Speedaire 4ZL83 features 1/2 inch NPT ports.
- Use thread sealant on all connections to prevent leaks.
3.3 Filling the Lubricator
- Ensure the air system is depressurized.
- Unscrew the oil fill plug located at the top of the lubricator.
- Carefully pour recommended pneumatic tool oil into the bowl until it reaches the "MAX FILL" line. Do not overfill.
- Replace and securely tighten the oil fill plug.

Once installed and filled, the lubricator can be adjusted for optimal performance.

- Adjust gradually until the desired lubrication level is achieved. Over-lubrication can be as detrimental as under-lubrication.

5.1 Refilling Oil
- Monitor the oil level regularly through the transparent bowl.
- When the oil level approaches the minimum mark, or before it runs dry, depressurize the air system.
- Follow the steps in Section 3.3 "Filling the Lubricator" to refill the oil.
