The KardiaMobile 6-Lead records a medical-grade EKG in just 30 seconds. It provides FDA-cleared determinations of your heart rhythm.

2.1 Taking a 6-Lead EKG Reading

For a 6-lead EKG, you will need to make contact with three electrodes: two on the top surface of the device and one on the bottom surface.

1. Open the Kardia app and select the '6-Lead EKG' option.
2. Place your left and right thumbs on the top electrodes of the device.
3. Place the bottom electrode of the device against the bare skin of your left knee or ankle. Ensure good skin contact for accurate readings.
4. Remain still and quiet for 30 seconds while the device records your EKG.

After 30 seconds, your EKG reading will be displayed in the app. The device provides immediate determinations for:

2.3 Sharing Your EKG Data

The Kardia app allows you to easily share your EKG recordings with your healthcare provider. This feature is crucial for ongoing monitoring and diagnosis.

• After a recording, you can save it to your history within the app.
• From your history, you can export recordings as PDF files.
