Assembly is required. Please follow these steps carefully:

- Install Bottom Basket: Slide the first (bottom) storage basket onto the lower vertical poles and secure it in place with the screws. The mesh bottom should face upwards.
- Connect Upper Vertical Poles: Attach the two upper vertical poles to the top of the lower vertical poles. Secure them with screws.
- Install Middle Basket: Slide the second (middle) storage basket onto the poles and secure it with screws.
- Install Top Basket: Slide the third (top) storage basket onto the upper poles and secure it with screws.

To move the cart, ensure all four caster wheels are unlocked. Use the curved push handle at the top to steer and maneuver the cart to your desired location. The pivoting action of the wheels allows for easy mobility in any direction.

To secure the cart in a stationary position, locate the two caster wheels with locking mechanisms. Press down on the lever of each locking wheel until it clicks into the 'ON' or 'LOCKED' position. To unlock, lift the lever back to the 'OFF' or 'UNLOCKED' position.
