3. Setting Pressure Levels

The pressure regulating valve allows you to select two cooking pressure levels: 50 kPa (gentle cooking) and 90 kPa (fast cooking).

• Setting 1 (50 kPa): For delicate foods or gentle cooking.
• Setting 2 (90 kPa): For faster cooking of most foods.

Rotate the red knob on the pressure regulating valve to select the desired setting (1 or 2). Ensure it is not set to the steam release position during cooking.
