Before first use, wash all components with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Assemble the unit as follows:

  1. Place the main chopper/slicer unit on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Ensure the slide-out food container is securely inserted into the base.
  3. Open the cover of the main unit.
  4. Carefully select the desired blade insert. Hold the blade by its non-sharp edges.
  5. Insert the blade into the designated slot on the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
  6. For chopping, ensure the food pusher is properly aligned with the blade.
  7. For slicing/grating, attach the mandoline base to the main unit if using those specific blades.

5.1. Chopping and Dicing

Use the square dicing blades for chopping vegetables like onions, peppers, and potatoes into uniform cubes.

  • Select either the Small Dicer (1/4 inch) or Large Dicer (1/2 inch) blade.
  • Place the prepared vegetable (cut to fit the blade area) onto the blade.
  • Align the food pusher with the vegetable and firmly press down the lid in one swift motion.
  • The chopped pieces will fall into the collection container below.

  • Choose the desired slicing blade (e.g., 5mm slicer, 2mm fine slicer, wavy blade, or julienne).

The bonus adjustable spiralizer allows you to create vegetable noodles and garnishes.

  • Attach the spiralizer unit.
  • Insert a firm vegetable (e.g., zucchini, carrot) into the spiralizer.
  • Rotate the vegetable while applying gentle pressure to create spirals.
