• To turn on a cooking zone, push down and rotate the corresponding knob to the desired heating level (1-9).
• To turn off a cooking zone, rotate the knob back to the '0' position.

Heating Levels and Zones

The cooktop features 5 independent cooking zones with 9 heating levels. The power distribution is as follows:

• Two 6.5-inch round cooking zones: Max. 1.2kW each.
• One 7.9-inch round cooking zone: Max. 2kW.
• One 6.5-inch/9.1-inch dual cooking zone: Max. 1kW/2kW.
• One 6.5-inch/10.6-inch dual cooking zone: Max. 1.1kW/2.2kW.

The boost function provides maximum power for rapid heating. To activate, turn the knob to the highest setting (usually indicated by a 'Boost' or 'P' symbol, or simply the '9' setting if it's the highest power level). This function is ideal for boiling water quickly.

The integrated timer can be set from 1 to 99 minutes. Consult the specific markings on your control panel for timer activation and adjustment. The timer will automatically shut off the selected cooking zone once the set time has elapsed.

Residual Heat Indicator ('H')

After a cooking zone is turned off, if the surface is still hot, an 'H' will appear on the display (if applicable) or near the knob. Do not touch the surface while 'H' is displayed to avoid burns.

• Always ensure the cooktop is cool and disconnected from power before cleaning.
