Follow these steps to set up your water dispenser for the first time.

   • Remove the cap from a new 3 or 5-gallon Primo water bottle. Do not remove the tamper-evident seal if present, as the probe will pierce it.
   • Slide the water bottle into the compartment and push it firmly onto the probe.

Your dispenser offers three temperature options for your convenience.

The dispenser automatically maintains the set temperatures. The hot water heats to at least 188.5°F and the cold water cools to 39.2°F. Indicators on the control panel will show when heating or cooling cycles are active.

Self-Sanitizing Feature:

This dispenser includes a self-sanitizing feature that uses harmless ozone to sanitize the water reservoirs and lines. Refer to your dispenser's specific instructions for activating this cycle, typically indicated by a dedicated button or light on the control panel.
