Follow these steps to set up your Yamiry WiFi Gateway and connect it to your smart lock.

1. Link Your Nice Digi Account to Alexa/Google Home App:

If you encounter issues during setup or operation, refer to the following common solutions:

• Gateway not connecting to WiFi:
  • Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. The gateway does not support 5GHz networks.
  • Verify the WiFi password entered in the app is correct.
  • Move the gateway closer to your WiFi router.
  • Reset the gateway by long-pressing the reset button for 5 seconds and try the setup process again.
• Smart lock not connecting to gateway:
  • Ensure the smart lock is within 30 feet of the gateway.
  • Confirm the smart lock is already added to your Nice Digi App via Bluetooth.
  • Check the battery level of your smart lock.
  • Restart both the gateway and the smart lock, then attempt to add the lock to the gateway again.
