- Fill Dirty Water Bag: Open the top of the 8-liter bag and fill it with untreated water from your source. Securely close the bag.
- Hang the Bag: Use the provided hang strap and carabiner to suspend the filled dirty water bag from a sturdy object, such as a tree branch, at a height above your collection container. Ensure the filter and hose hang freely.

Backwashing helps to clear trapped particles from the filter membrane, restoring flow rate. It should be performed regularly, especially if the flow rate decreases.
- Disconnect Filter: Detach the ultrafilter membrane purifier from the hose.
- Prepare Syringe: Fill the custom backwash syringe with clean, purified water.
- Повратно прање: Attach the syringe to the outlet end of the filter (the end where clean water exits). Firmly push the plunger to force clean water back through the filter. Repeat this process several times until the water expelled from the dirty water inlet appears clear.
