4. Упутство за монтажу

Follow these steps to assemble your Agri-Fab 45-0610 Poly Lawn Roller. For visual guidance, please refer to the assembly video.

1. Attach Welded Braces: Align the two welded braces (Part 3) to the roller drum (Part 1). Secure them using the 5/16" x 3/4" hex bolts (Part 5) and 5/16" lock washers (Part 4). Tighten securely.
2. Install Flange Bearings and Washers: Slide a large washer (Part 7) onto the axle of each welded brace, followed by a flange bearing (Part 6). Secure with a 5/32" hair cotter pin (Part 8).
3. Assemble Hitch Tubes: Loosely secure the two hitch tubes (Part 9) together using a 3/8" x 3" hex bolt (Part 10) and a 3/8" nyloc nut (Part 11).
4. Attach Spacers and Secure Hitch Tubes: Slide a small spacer (Part 12) onto the 3/8" x 4" hex bolt (Part 13). Insert it through the hitch tubes, then slide another small spacer (Part 12) onto the bolt. Fully secure with a 3/8" nyloc nut (Part 11).
5. Insert Roller Plug: Insert the roller plug (Part 2) into the drum. Adjust its size by twisting the handle until snug, then lock the plug by flipping the handle down.
6. Attach Tube Plugs: Press the two 1" tube plugs (Part 18) onto the ends of the roller hitch weldment (Part 17).
7. Configure for Push Mode: To assemble the roller in push mode, align the roller hitch weldment (Part 17) with the hitch tubes. Insert the 3.25" clevis pin (Part 14) and secure it with the 1.8" hair cotter pin (Part 15).
8. Configure for Tow Mode: To assemble the roller in tow mode, align the roller hitch weldment (Part 17) as shown in the video. Insert the 3.25" clevis pin (Part 14) and secure it with the 1.8" hair cotter pin (Part 15). Connect the roller to your tractor's hitch using the 1" clevis pin (Part 16) and a 5/32" hair cotter pin (Part 8).
