For pressure cooking programs, you can select from 4 pressure levels: High, Medium, Low, or No Pressure (for open-lid cooking). Adjust the pressure setting according to your recipe requirements. High pressure is suitable for dishes like legumes, medium for stews, and low for drier recipes.
