6.1. Припрема за мерење

• Remove any tight clothing from your wrist.

6.2. Наношење манжетне за зглоб

1. Place the monitor on your left wrist with the display facing upwards.
2. Ensure the cuff is positioned approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) from your palm.
3. Fasten the cuff snugly but not too tightly.
4. Position your wrist at heart level during the measurement.

6.3. Мерење

1. Притисните тастер СТАРТ/СТОП button to turn on the monitor. The cuff will automatically inflate.

3. Once the measurement is complete, the systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will be displayed on the LCD screen.
4. The device will automatically store the reading and power off after a period of inactivity.

The monitor stores up to 120 measurements for two users.
