• Upper Temperature Knob: Adjusts the temperature of the upper heating elements (122°F - 662°F / 50°C - 350°C).
• Lower Temperature Knob: Adjusts the temperature of the lower heating elements (122°F - 662°F / 50°C - 350°C).
• Baking Timer Knob: Sets the cooking duration (0 - 120 minutes). The oven will automatically turn off when the timer expires.

4.2 Preheating the Oven

1. Place the pizza stone inside the oven on the rack.
