Self-Leveling Technology

The skimmer features advanced self-leveling technology to prevent over-skimming and collection cup spills. This system is activated when the foam's wetness in the neck exceeds a user-defined "over-skim" threshold. The pump's intensity is automatically reduced to prevent overflow and then gradually adjusted back to the preset intensity as foam wetness stabilizes.
