The FREDBECK barn door requires simple assembly. Follow these steps carefully.

- Assemble Door Panels: The spruce wood panels are mitered for a snug fit. Arrange the panels according to the K-Frame design. Secure them using the provided screws and pre-drilled holes. Ensure all connections are tight.

- Locate wall studs. It is crucial to mount the track into wall studs for stability. If studs do not align, a sturdy header board (minimum 1x6 inch, not included) must be installed across the door opening and securely fastened to studs, then the track mounted to the header board.
- Drill pilot holes for the track mounting screws.
- Attach the track sections to the wall using the spacers and mounting hardware. Ensure the track is level and securely fastened.
