If the remote disconnects, turn it off first. Then, disconnect the toilet from the power socket and plug it back in. Immediately press and hold the ON/OFF button on the remote for 4 seconds until the indicator lights blink, indicating successful pairing.
When no one is sitting on the unit, press the female clean button on the side panel. The nozzle will extend without spraying water. Gently wipe the nozzle with a soft cloth or toothbrush. It will retract automatically after a set time or by pressing the stop button.
When Eco-mode is turned ON, the heated seat function turns off when the unit is not in use to save energy. It will automatically turn back on when the seat sensor detects a user sitting down.
