  • Ensure all connections are correct and secure before applying power. Incorrect wiring can cause damage.
  • Always connect the battery to the controller FIRST, and disconnect it LAST.
  • Do not short-circuit the boost output power port. This can severely damage the device.
  • The controller is equipped with built-in overheating, overcurrent, short circuit, open circuit, and reverse connection protection. If a fault occurs, the controller will automatically recover once the fault is eliminated.
  • Install the controller in a dry, well-ventilated area to ensure proper heat dissipation and protection from environmental elements.
  • Keep the device away from water, flammable gases, and corrosive substances.

Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your charge controller. Follow these steps carefully:

  • Choose a dry, well-ventilated location, protected from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and moisture.
  • Ensure there is sufficient space around the controller for air circulation, especially around the heat sink fins.
  • Mount the controller vertically on a non-flammable surface using appropriate screws through the mounting holes. Refer to Figure 2 for dimensions and Figure 3 for mounting points.

5.2 Ожичење

WARNING: Ensure all power sources (solar, wind, battery) are disconnected before making any wiring connections to prevent electric shock or damage to the equipment.

The controller features clearly labeled terminals for connecting your wind turbine, solar panels, battery bank, and DC load. Refer to Figure 4 and Figure 5 for terminal identification.

6.1 LCD Display and Buttons

The large-screen LCD displays real-time information such as battery voltage, charging current, discharging current, temperature, and cumulative power generation. The control buttons (SET, +, -) allow for navigation and parameter adjustment.
