CAUTION: All liquid coolers carry a probability of leaking. Please follow the instructions closely during installation. ALWAYS check the liquid cooler for any defects or deformation before installation. If any issues are found, contact customer service immediately.

The Thermalright PV 360 UB ARGB is an all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU cooler designed for high-performance systems, featuring a 3.95-inch square full-screen display and Addressable RGB (A-RGB) lighting.

Before starting, ensure your system is powered off and unplugged. Refer to your motherboard manual for specific header locations.

4.1 Pre-Installation Checks and Software Setup

1. **Check USB Connection:** Ensure the 9-pin motherboard USB cable connection between the waterblock and motherboard is complete before physical installation.
2. **Download Software:** Download the control software from the official Thermalright webсајт: https://www.thermalright.com/support/download/.
3. **Install Software:** Unzip the downloaded file and double-click the setup file да бисте започели инсталацију.

4.2 Fan and Radiator Mounting

1. Use the long fan mounting screws to install the fans onto the radiator.
2. Use the short radiator mounting screws to secure the radiator to your PC case.

• **Waterblock Pump Power:** Connect the waterblock pump power cable to the CPU_OPT or AIO PUMP header on your motherboard.
• **Fan Power:** Connect the fan 4-pin power cable to the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard.
• **ARGB Lighting:** Connect the fan 3-pin ARGB cable to a 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard. RGB effects can be controlled via your motherboard's lighting software.
• **Waterblock USB:** Connect the Type-C end of the USB cable to the waterblock and the other end to a motherboard USB 2.0 header.

4.4 Waterblock Mounting - General Steps

Before mounting the waterblock to the CPU, ensure you remove the protective cap from the bottom of the waterblock. Adjust the backplate screws to the correct position for your motherboard socket type (Position 1 for LGA 1700/1851, Position 2 for LGA115X/1200).

Apply a thin, even layer of the included thermal compound (TF7 Thermal Grease) to the CPU's Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS).

4.5 CPU Socket Specific Installation

4.5.1 AMD AM4/AM5 Installation

1. Remove the factory CPU brackets from the motherboard, but KEEP the original backplate.
2. Install four AM4/AM5 standoffs onto the motherboard's backplate.
3. Secure the two AM4/AM5 mounting brackets with four screws.
4. Apply thermal compound to the CPU IHS.
5. Place the waterblock onto the CPU and secure it with two nuts on the waterblock bracket, tightening them with a screwdriver.

4.5.2 INTEL LGA20XX (2011/2066) Installation

1. Install four Intel LGA20XX standoffs directly into the motherboard's Integrated Loading Mechanism (ILM) mounting holes.
2. Place the two Intel mounting brackets onto the standoffs and secure them with nuts.
3. Apply thermal compound to the CPU IHS.
4. Place the waterblock onto the CPU and secure it with two nuts on the waterblock bracket, tightening them with a screwdriver.

4.5.3 INTEL LGA1700/1851 Installation

1. Peel off the protective film from the Intel backplate. Pass the four studs of the backplate through the LGA1700/1851 holes on the motherboard from the back side.
2. From the front side of the motherboard, install the 1700 plastic columns and then the Intel mounting brackets onto the standoffs. Secure the brackets with nuts.
3. Apply thermal compound to the CPU IHS.
4. Place the waterblock onto the CPU and secure it with two nuts on the waterblock bracket, tightening them with a screwdriver.

4.5.4 INTEL LGA115X/1200 Installation

1. Install the Intel backplate on the back side of the motherboard.
2. From the front side of the motherboard, install the 115X standoffs using the backplate screws.
3. Place the two Intel mounting brackets onto the standoffs and secure them with four nuts.
4. Apply thermal compound to the CPU IHS.
5. Place the waterblock onto the CPU and secure it with two nuts on the waterblock bracket, tightening them with a screwdriver.

The 3.95-inch LCD screen on the waterblock provides real-time monitoring and customization options through the dedicated software.

5.1 Рад софтвера

1. After installation, double-click the shortcut icon on your desktop to run the software.
2. All functions of the LCD screen, including real-time data monitoring, data transfer, and display on/off, are controlled by this software.
3. The software is designed to auto-start with your operating system and reside in the background of your taskbar. Do NOT close or force-quit the program, as this will affect the LCD's functionality.

The software allows for personalized DIY themes, enabling you to monitor various system parameters, define text display formats, and utilize cloud dynamic background themes. It supports multi-format personalized animation/video customization with a smooth 60Hz refresh rate.

• **Dust Removal:** Periodically clean the radiator fins and fan blades with compressed air to prevent dust buildup, which can impede cooling performance.
• **Cable Management:** Ensure all cables are securely connected and properly routed to avoid interference with fan blades or other components.

• **Fan Orientation:** Ensure your radiator fans are oriented to push or pull air in a way that complements your case's overall airflow design for best cooling efficiency.
