1. Unpack the sauna tent and set it up in a well-ventilated area. The tent is designed to pop open easily.
2. Unfold the two horizontal support rods and place them to maintain the tent's shape.
3. Place the foam pad and foot warmer on the bottom inside the sauna.
4. Position the folding chair inside the sauna tent.
5. Plug in the power cord to a standard 120V outlet.

Operating Your Sauna

1. Sit inside the sauna on the folding chair, placing your feet on the heated foot pad.
2. Zip up the main zipper to enclose yourself within the sauna.
3. Use the wired remote control to set the desired temperature (up to 140°F) and time (up to 60 minutes). The remote allows independent control of the main heat and the foot pad heat.
4. Utilize the easy-access zippers and armholes to read, shuffle music, or text while using the sauna.
5. After the session is complete, the sauna will automatically turn off if a timer was set. Unplug the sauna from the power outlet.
