2. Grommet Base Installation

- Secure the grommet base from underneath the desk using the provided hardware. Ensure the desk thickness is between 0.4 and 3 inches (1-7.6 cm) and the hole diameter is up to 4 inches (10.2 cm).
3. Attaching Arms and Devices
- Slide the monitor arm and laptop tray arm onto the main pole. Adjust their height as desired and secure them with the provided screws.
- За монитор: Attach the VESA plate to the back of your monitor using the appropriate screws. Then, slide the monitor with the attached VESA plate onto the monitor arm.

- Monitor/Laptop sags or won't stay in position: Tighten the tension screws on the relevant arm joints. These screws control the friction and holding power of the tilt and swivel mechanisms.
- Difficulty adjusting arms: Loosen the tension screws slightly on the stiff joints. Ensure no cables are snagged or obstructing movement.
- Laptop slides off the tray: Ensure the laptop is placed correctly against the bottom lip of the tray. If the tray is tilted significantly, ensure the laptop's weight distribution is balanced.
