1. Starting the Cook:
   • Ignite your charcoal in the Big Green Egg as usual.
   • Allow the grill to reach approximately 75% of your target temperature before engaging the Egg Genius. This allows the charcoal to establish a stable burn.
   • Once the grill is approaching the target temperature, activate the Egg Genius via the app. The variable speed blower will adjust to bring the grill to the precise set temperature.
