Follow these steps to unbox and prepare your Roborock Q10 S5 for first use.

4.2 Placing the Charging Dock
Proper placement of the charging dock is crucial for optimal robot performance.
- Place the dock on a flat, hard floor surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and water.
- Ensure there is adequate clear space around the dock: at least 0.5 meters on both sides and 1 meter in front.
- Secure the moisture-proof mat to the floor in front of the dock if using the mopping function.
