Слика 1: CEVIK PRO CE-PROMIG301 Welder. This image displays the CEVIK PRO CE-PROMIG301 multi-process inverter welder. It is a black unit with a white stripe featuring 'PROMIG 301 SUPER PRO LINE' text. The front panel includes an LCD screen and control knobs. The unit is mounted on a wheeled cart for portability. The CEVIK PRO logo is visible on the side.
The front panel features an LCD screen for displaying welding parameters, two main control knobs (labeled L-KNOB and R-KNOB) for adjustment, and indicators for MIG/MAG, Lift TIG, and MMA modes. Connections for welding cables and torches are located at the bottom front of the unit.
4. Подешавање
4.1. Прикључак за напајање:
Connect the welder to a stable 400V three-phase power supply. Ensure the power source is capable of providing the required current for the welding operations. Use appropriate industrial-grade plugs and sockets.
4.2. Ground Connection:
Приложити рад клamp (ground cable) securely to the workpiece. Ensure good electrical contact to prevent arcing and ensure proper current flow. The ground connection should be as close as possible to the welding area.
4.3. Welding Process Specific Setup:
4.3.1. MIG/MAG Welding:
- Install the appropriate welding wire (solid or flux-cored, up to 1.2mm diameter) into the wire feeder mechanism. Ensure correct wire tension.
- Connect the MIG torch to the designated connector on the front panel.
- If using gas-shielded MIG/MAG, connect the gas cylinder and regulator to the gas inlet on the machine. Adjust the gas flow rate as required for your application (e.g., 10-15 L/min for Argon/CO2 mix).
- If using FLUX-cored wire, no external shielding gas is needed.
4.3.2. Lift TIG Welding:
- Connect the TIG torch to the designated connector.
- Ensure a suitable tungsten electrode is installed in the TIG torch, sharpened to the correct angle.
- Connect the gas cylinder and regulator for TIG welding (typically 100% Argon) to the gas inlet. Adjust gas flow rate.
4.3.3. MMA (Stick) Welding:
- Connect the electrode holder to the positive (+) terminal and the work clamp to the negative (-) terminal (or vice-versa, depending on the electrode type and polarity requirements).
- Insert the appropriate coated electrode (up to 4mm diameter) into the electrode holder.
5. Радни режими
The CE-PROMIG301 offers three primary welding modes, selectable via the control panel and adjustable using the L-KNOB and R-KNOB.
5.1. MIG/MAG Mode:
This mode is suitable for welding various metals using a continuous wire feed. It can be used with shielding gas (MIG/MAG) or with flux-cored wire (FLUX) without external gas.
Процедура:
- Select MIG/MAG mode on the control panel.
- Подесите запремину заваривањаtage, wire feed speed, and inductance using the L-KNOB and R-KNOB according to the material thickness and wire type.
- Initiate the arc by pressing the torch trigger. Maintain a consistent travel speed and arc length.
5.2. Lift TIG Mode:
Lift TIG provides precise welding for thinner materials and offers high-quality, clean welds. It requires a TIG torch and shielding gas (typically Argon).
Процедура:
- Select LIFT TIG mode on the control panel.
- Adjust the welding current using the control knobs based on material thickness and tungsten electrode size.
- Touch the tungsten electrode lightly to the workpiece and then lift it slightly (1-3mm) to initiate the arc. Avoid scratching the workpiece.
5.3. MMA (Stick) Mode:
MMA welding is versatile and ideal for outdoor use or welding thicker materials, utilizing coated electrodes.
Процедура:
- Select MMA mode on the control panel.
- Adjust the welding current based on the electrode type, diameter, and material thickness.
- Strike the electrode against the workpiece to initiate the arc. Maintain a consistent arc length and travel speed.
Always refer to the LCD screen for real-time parameter display and adjustment, and consult welding charts for recommended settings for specific materials and thicknesses.
6. Одржавање
Редовно одржавање обезбеђује дуготрајност и оптималне перформансе вашег апарата за заваривање. Увек искључите напајање пре него што извршите било какво одржавање.
- Дневно: Inspect all cables, connections, and torches for damage, fraying, or loose contacts. Clean the nozzle and contact tip of the MIG torch, and check the tungsten electrode for TIG.
- Недељно: Clean the exterior of the machine with a dry cloth. Check gas hoses for leaks and ensure all connections are tight.
- Месечно/Квартално: (Само квалификовано особље) Open the machine and clean internal components, especially cooling fans and heat sinks, using dry, compressed air. Inspect wire feeder rollers for wear and ensure they are clean.
- Складиштење: Store the welder in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use. Protect it from extreme temperatures and humidity.
