3. Initial Software Configuration

Once connected, your operating system should automatically recognize the webcam. You may need to select the "JOYUSING Flip600S" as your preferred camera and microphone in your video conferencing application (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype) or system settings.

Важно: To utilize the full 4K resolution, ensure your operating system's camera settings or the application you are using is configured to output at 2160p (4K). Some applications or system defaults may initially select a lower resolution like 1080p.

A: Ensure the JOYUSING Flip600S is selected as the microphone input in your application settings. Speak clearly and ensure you are within a reasonable distance from the webcam. While the webcam has noise-cancelling features, excessive background noise may still be picked up.

Q: The autofocus is not working correctly.

A: Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the lens. The PDAF autofocus works best within its specified range (0.65-10 ft). Ensure adequate lighting for optimal performance.
