EBECO uses a digital service called Garantera. Your authorized electrician must document the installation and test values in the Garantera app or web portal to generate a valid warranty certificate.

Can I install EBECO underfloor heating myself?
Most EBECO underfloor heating systems are high-voltage installations (230V) and must be installed by an authorized electrician to comply with safety regulations and ensure the warranty applies. You may, however, lay the insulation and foil yourself before the electrician connects it.

How do I reset my EB-Therm thermostat?
To factory reset an EB-Therm thermostat, enter the menu, scroll to 'SET', find the 'RST' (Reset) option, select 'YES', and confirm. Note that this will erase all personal schedules and settings.
