  Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Step onto it briefly to wake it up, step off, and wait for the display to show 'CAL' and then '0.0' or '0.00'.

  Ensure you are stepping onto the scale barefoot with clean, dry feet. Make sure your personal profile in the FITINDEX app is fully filled out and the scale is successfully paired via Bluetooth. Standing still on the metal electrodes is required for accurate body composition tracking.
