Hitron support FAQ
Честа питања о упутствима, регистрацији и подршци за овај бренд.
-
How do I log in to my Hitron modem?
Connect to your modem's network, open a web browser, and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar. The default username is often 'cusadmin' and the password is typically found on the device label.
-
What do the lights on my Hitron modem indicate?
Solid green or blue lights generally indicate a stable connection and active ports. Blinking lights may indicate that the modem is currently searching for a signal or transmitting data. If the Online light is off, check your cable connection.
-
How do I reset my Hitron modem to factory settings?
Locate the Reset button on the back of the device. Use a pin or paperclip to press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the lights flash, then release it to allow the modem to reboot.
-
Why is my Internet not working?
Check that the coaxial cable is securely tightened to both the wall outlet and the modem. Unplug the power adapter, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in (power cycle). If issues persist, contact your ISP to ensure your service is active.
