Press the ENTER button on your wall station for 2 seconds until 'SR' flashes. Then enter your created code on the keypad to program it to the opener.
Remove the small screw at the bottom of the keypad, separate the mounting plate, and replace the standard 9V battery. Snap the keypad back onto the mounting plate and secure the screw.
Simultaneously press the '1', '3', and '8' buttons on the keypad and hold for 3 seconds. The RED LED will display for 10 seconds to confirm the factory reset.
