1. Customer Login

This login system provides seamless access for customers with

2. Use the provided data to register and set your password.

1.Customer Login
This login system is designed to provide seamless access for all customers while maintaining security and role-based restrictions. Click on the link in the email received from tech.support@halveon.ch. Use the data provided to you by email to register and change your password.

Temperature Data Logging, Made Simple.
Upon Registration, you will be automatically redirected to the Sign In page where you will be prompted to enter your email address and password to login to the platform. The Customer Login page allows existing customers to access their HalveonCloud dashboard and manage their devices.

On the home screen, you will find a summary of all the devices that have been registered with your company, along with graph representation of the data associated with each device. Once on this page, you have the option to choose a specific device from a drop-down menu: “select devices” then choose the device identification number. Upon selection of the device, detailed temperature and time graphs are displayed that are specifically linked to the chosen unit number.

The Device List Table is a detailed overview of all registered devices, offering actionable controls and real-time insights. Columns:
1.Device Number: Unique identifier for each device (clickable for detailed view).
2.Temperature (°C): Latest recorded temperature reading. 3.Humidity (%): Latest recorded humidity reading. 4.Status: Current status of the device (e.g., Recording, Stopped,
Configured). 5.Network: Network connectivity status (Online/Offline). 6.Battery (%): Current battery percentage for the device. 7.Start Time: Time when recording began. 8.Stop Time: Time when recording stopped. 9.Actions:
Start/Stop recording. Access detailed configuration settings.

2.4 Device Actions

2.5 1. Create a Trip
Steps to Create a Trip:
1.Click on the Create Trip button. 2.Fill in the trip details:
Trip Name: Name of the trip. From Date: Start date of the trip. To Date: End date of the trip. Description: Optional description for the trip. Select Devices: Choose devices to assign to the trip. 3.Click Submit to save the trip.

2.5 2. Edit Trip
Steps to Edit a Trip:
1.Click on the … menu beside a trip and select Edit. 2.Update the required details in the Edit Trip modal:
– Modify trip name, date range, description, or devices. 3. Click Save Changes to apply the updates.

Steps to Delete a Trip:
1.Click on the … menu beside a trip and select Delete. 2.Confirm the deletion in the prompt. 3.All devices under the deleted trip will be moved back to the inventory.

6.1 Device Location on Map
The Device Location on the Map page provides an intuitive interface to visualise the current locations of all devices assigned to a customer. It also allows users to track device routes over a specified time range, view start and end locations, and inspect details of intermediate points. You can use the zoom option in order to be able to see the location with more accuracy assigned to the customer. Default View By default, the map displays the current location of all devices. Each device is marked with a pinpoint on the map.

Route Tracking Popup for Date Range – Clicking the “Show Route” button opens a popup to specify the date range
for route tracking. Fields: – Start Date – End Date Actions: – Submit – Close
Route Display After submitting the date range, the map displays the route traveled by the device between the specified dates. Additional markers and details are displayed: Start Location: Includes device ID, timestamp, and start address. End Location: Includes device ID, timestamp, and end address. Intermediate Details: Clicking on any point on the route reveals the timestamp and location for that point

The Account Management section enables users to manage their accounts, devices, and settings efficiently. This feature is customized for both primary and secondary users, providing them with access to relevant tools and options.
For Primary Users
1.Password Change: Navigate to Account Management > Change Password. Follow the steps to update your password securely.
2.Add/Delete Device: Manage your devices by deleting old or damaged ones. For adding devices, contact Admin.
3.Select Timezone: Update the timezone for better alignment of device data with local time.
4.Edit Profile: Update personal information, manage linked devices, and add secondary emails.
For Secondary Users 1.Password Change: Access Account Management > Change Password to update your password as per security requirements.

Access: Primary users can change their passwords from the Account Management menu. Steps:
a.Provide the current password. b.Enter a new password (requirements: minimum 8 characters, at least 1 special
character, cannot be the same as the current password). c.Confirm the new password. d.Click on the Update button to save changes.
Error Handling: The system ensures that the new password meets the security criteria. If requirements are not met, an error message will be displayed.
2. Add/Delete Device
Purpose: Allows users to manage devices linked to their account. Add Device:
Adding a new device requires Admin approval. Users must contact Admin to add a device to their account. Delete Device: Devices can be removed if they are:
No longer needed. Lost. Corrupted or broken. Users can delete devices directly from their account.

Allows users to set their preferred timezone for viewing historical device data. Results:
The selected timezone is applied to all device data and historical logs for the user.

Enables users to update their account information and manage linked devices or email addresses. Editable Information:
Address (line 1 and line 2). City. State. Secondary Emails. Devices (removal only). Email Management: Users can add secondary email addresses to their account. Once added, the secondary email will receive an autogenerated email with a password to login to the platform.
