To reset, press and hold the 'Down' arrow button until the desk reaches its lowest position and rebounds slightly. If the display shows 'RST' or 'ASr', hold the down button until the desk lowers, rises slightly, and stops.
Codes E01 or E02 usually indicate the desk has been overworked or overheated. Allow the desk to rest for at least 18 minutes to cool down before resuming operation.
If the child lock is active (often indicated by a blue light or lock icon), press and hold the 'M' button for about 5 seconds to unlock the keypad.
On many models, you can adjust sensitivity by pressing and holding both the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to cycle through sensitivity levels (A-0 to A-3).
